Parents must remember that as your son or daughter is 16 years of age or over, they have the right to have full medical confidentiality.
This consequently means that we are unable to divulge any information to you without a third party authority form being present in their medical records.
You can download a third party consent form which must be signed by your son or daughter and sent to us via student services. It is your child’s right to refuse to complete this form.
