Patient Participation Group
The aim of the Patient Participation Group is:
- To represent the practice population and act as a link between patients and staff, providing two-way communication.
- To support the Practice in continuing to improve the service to patients.
- Raise the profile of the PPG as a link between the surgery and its patients as well as a ‘critical friend’
The Purpose and Aims of the group are reviewed annually.
