Phone lines
The dispensary phone lines (on 01452 840228, option 1) are open from 9am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm.
Monthly dispensing
Medication is dispensed on a monthly basis to enable monitoring of drug usage and it also assists in keeping wastage to a minimum.
Special requirements
If a patient needs to order medication out of sequence, for instance to ensure sufficient medication when on holiday, please ask in good time and we will be happy to oblige.

Non-availability of items
We always do our best to fulfill your orders but on occasions it may be that our suppliers are unable to supply a specific item.
This may be for a variety of reasons:
- Manufacturer’s shortages
- Restrictions
- Supply delays
We then issue a signed prescription so that you can go to the larger High Street pharmacies who carry greater stocks and have access to a wider range of suppliers.
We only make this request as a last resort.
